Abstract

The present invention provides: an acrylic fiber that has excellent UV ray-blocking properties and pill resistance and has a triangular cross-sectional shape; and a knitted fabric with excellent UV ray-blocking properties and pill resistance that comprises said fiber. Specifically, the invention provides an acrylic fiber, in which the titanium oxide content is 0.3-1.9 mass% and the shape of the cross-section is triangular, preferably an acrylic fiber, which comprises 90-98 mass% of acrylonitrile units and 2-10 mass% of vinyl monomer units and in which the product of the knot strength and knot elongation (K product) is 10-35 and the primary particle size of the titanium oxide is 0.1-1.0 μm.

La présente invention concerne : une fibre acrylique dotée d'excellentes propriétés anti-UV et d'une excellente résistance au boulochage et qui présente une forme de section transversale triangulaire ; et un tissu tricoté doté d'excellentes propriétés anti-UV et d'une excellente résistance au boulochage qui comprend ladite fibre. En particulier, l'invention concerne une fibre acrylique dans laquelle la teneur en oxyde de titane est de 0,3 à 1,9 % en masse et la forme de la section transversale est triangulaire, de préférence une fibre acrylique qui comprend de 90 à 98 % en masse de motifs acrylonitrile et de 2 à 10 % en masse de motifs monomères de vinyle et dans laquelle le produit de la résistance au nœud et de l'allongement des nœuds (produit K) est égal à 10 à 35 et la taille de particule primaire de l'oxyde de titane est égale à 0,1 à 1,0 µm.

本発明は、紫外線遮蔽性能及び抗ピル性に優れた三角断面形状を有するアクリル繊維を提供することにあり、その繊維を含む紫外線遮蔽性能と抗ピル性に優れた編地を提供するものであり、具体的には、酸化チタンの含有量が0.3質量%以上1.9質量%以下であり、断面形状が三角形であるアクリル繊維、好ましくはアクリロニトリル単位90質量%以上98質量%以下とビニル系モノマー単位2質量%以上10質量%以下とからなり、結節強度と結節伸度の積(K積)が10以上35以下であり、前記酸化チタンの一次粒子径が0.1μm以上1.0μm以下であるアクリル繊維を提供するものである。
