According to the present invention, a horizontal blade is a planar member extending in a longitudinal direction, and comprises a blade body that rotates around a rotation shaft positioned along the longitudinal direction and in which the short direction extends from a first end to a second end on the side opposite the first end. The point where a perpendicular line drawn from the rotation shaft to the blade body intersects the blade body is a rotation axis corresponding point. If the length from the first end to the rotation axis corresponding point is A, and the length from the first end to the second end is B, 0.4 < A/B < 0.6.

Selon la présente invention, une lame horizontale est un élément plan s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale, et comprend un corps de lame qui tourne autour d'un arbre de rotation positionné le long de la direction longitudinale et dont la direction courte s'étend d'une première extrémité à une seconde extrémité sur le côté opposé à la première extrémité. Le point où une ligne perpendiculaire tirée de l'arbre de rotation au corps de lame croise le corps de lame est un point correspondant d'axe de rotation. 水平羽根は、長手方向に延びる平板状の部材であり、短手方向が第一の端部から第一の端部の反対側の第二の端部まで延びると共に、長手方向に沿う回転軸を中心に回動する羽根本体を有し、回転軸から羽根本体に対して引かれた垂線が羽根本体と交わる点を回転軸対応点とし、第一の端部から回転軸対応点までの長さをAとし、第一の端部から第二の端部までの長さをBとすると、0.4<A/B<0.6である。
