The present invention defines a process for forming a chewable oral dosage form, such as a gum having a pleasant flavour and texture. In particular, the invention includes a process of forming an oral dosage form, comprising: a first step of hydrating a gelling agent of agar-agar and locust bean gum; a second step of mixing in components of the agar matrix; a third step of mixing in an active ingredient; a fourth step of cooking the mixture; a fifth step of flavouring; a sixth step of moulding and gelling; and a seventh step of demoulding, degreasing and drying. The oral dosage form according to the invention also comprises an agar-agar matrix combined with gums, such as locust bean gum, and/or sugar; glycerol; inulin; flavouring agents; citric acid; a coating; and water, to complete the composition, which includes active ingredients.

La presente invención define un proceso de conformación de una forma oral masticadle tal como una goma de textura y sabor agradable. Particularmente, la invención comprende el proceso de conformación de una forma oral que comprende una primera etapa de hidratación del gelificante de agar-agar y goma de algarrobo; una segunda etapa de incorporación de componentes de la matriz de agar; una tercera etapa de incorporación del ingrediente activo; una cuarta etapa de cocción de la mezcla; una quinta etapa de saborización; una sexta etapa de moldeo y gelificación; y, una séptima etapa de desmoldeo, desengrasado y secado. De igual forma, la forma oral según la presente invención comprende una matriz de agar-agar en combinación con gomas tales como goma de algarrobo y/o azúcar; glicerina; inulina; saboreantes; ácido cítrico; recubrimiento y agua hasta completar la composición que incluye ingredientes activos.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une forme orale masticable telle qu'une gomme de texture et saveur agréables. En particulier, l'invention comprend le procédé de formation d'une forme orale qui comprend une première étape d'hydratation du gélifiant d'agar-agar et de gomme de caroubier ; une deuxième étape d'incorporation de composants de la matrice d'agar ; une troisième étape d'incorporation de l'ingrédient actif ; une quatrième étape de cuisson du mélange ; une cinquième étape d'aromatisation ; une sixième étape de moulage et gélification ; et, une septième étape de démoulage, dégraissage et séchage. Ainsi, la forme orale selon la présente invention comprend une matrice d'agar-agar en combinaison avec des gommes telles que de la gomme de caroubier et/ou du sucre, de la glycérine, de l'inuline, des arômes, de l'acide citrique, un revêtement et de l'eau jusqu'à compléter la composition qui comprend des ingrédients actifs.
