Abstract

The invention is directed to a modular gas flow system comprising at least a first and a second hollow cuboid shaped gas flow element. The four edges of at least one open face of the first gas flow element is connected in a gas tight manner to four edges of an open face of the second hollow cuboid shaped gas flow element. A valve or a partition is present at the connecting open faces. The gas flow system may be a header of a plate heat exchanger.

L'invention concerne un système modulaire d'écoulement de gaz comprenant au moins un premier et un second élément d'écoulement de gaz en forme cuboïde creuse. Les quatre bords d'au moins une face ouverte du premier élément d'écoulement de gaz sont reliés, de manière étanche aux gaz, à quatre bords d'une face ouverte du second élément d'écoulement de gaz en forme cuboïde creuse. Une soupape ou une cloison est présente au niveau des faces ouvertes en liaison. Le système d'écoulement de gaz peut être un collecteur d'un échangeur de chaleur à plaques.
