There is provided a method and a system for measuring analyte concentration in a sample. The sample is provided to a microfluidic channel. A surface of the microfluidic channel is provided with affinity probes for binding the analyte to the surface. A signal which is indicative of the binding of the analyte to the affinity probes is measured temporally. The temporally measured signal is then analyzed to determine a pseudo-rate constant which is indicative of how fast the temporally measured signal changes with time. The analyte concentration in the sample is determined by comparing the determined pseudo-rate constant to a predetermined relationship which relates pseudo-rate constants to analyte concentrations.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de mesure de la concentration en analyte dans un échantillon. L'échantillon est introduit dans un canal microfluidique. Une surface du canal microfluidique est dotée de sondes d'affinité pour lier l'analyte à la surface. Un signal qui indique la liaison de l'analyte aux sondes d'affinité est mesuré dans le temps. Le signal mesuré dans le temps est ensuite analysé pour déterminer une pseudo-constante de vitesse qui indique la rapidité de changement avec le temps du signal mesuré dans le temps. La concentration de l'analyte dans l'échantillon est déterminée par comparaison de la pseudo-constante de vitesse déterminée à une relation prédéterminée qui concerne des pseudo-constantes de vitesse à des concentrations d'analyte.
