A computer-implemented method for constructing a state transition graph, wherein the method includes obtaining data that includes treatment history and clinical data of a cohort of patients; and generating, by the one or more computing devices, individual treatment pathways for individual patients of the cohort of patients using the treatment history and clinical data for the individual patients; wherein the individual treatment pathways are generated using user-defined parameters including: one or more qualifying events; one or more response states to the one or more qualifying events; and one or more reversible or collapsible events. The method additionally includes constructing a state transition graph that represents multiple aligned and merged individual treatment pathways including the one or more qualifying events, the one or more response states to the one or more qualifying events and the one or more reversible or collapsible events.

L'invention concerne un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur pour construire un graphe de transition d'état, le procédé comprenant : l'obtention de données qui comprennent un historique de traitement et des données cliniques d'une cohorte de patients ; et la génération, par le ou les dispositifs informatiques, de voies de traitement individuelles pour des patients individuels de la cohorte de patients à l'aide de l'historique de traitement et des données cliniques pour les patients individuels ; les voies de traitement individuelles étant générées à l'aide de paramètres définis par l'utilisateur comprenant : un ou plusieurs événements de qualification ; un ou plusieurs états de réponse à l'événement ou aux événements de qualification ; et un ou plusieurs événements réversibles ou réductibles. Le procédé comprend en outre la construction d'un graphe de transition d'état qui représente de multiples voies de traitement individuelles alignées et fusionnées comprenant l'événement ou les événements de qualification, l'état ou les états de réponse à l'événement ou aux événements de qualification et l'événement ou les événements réversibles ou réductibles.
