A method for assembly of a monolithically impregnated cylindrical coil assembly comprising axially alternating coils and spacer rings, comprising the steps of arranging spacer rings on a winding tool in predetermined axial locations, said spacer rings defining coil winding cavities between themselves; winding superconducting wire into the coil winding cavities; impregnating the resulting structure to form the monolithically impregnated cylindrical coil assembly comprising axially alternating coils and spacer rings; and removing the winding tool.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage d'un ensemble bobine cylindrique à imprégnation monolithique comprenant des bobines à alternance axiale et des bagues d'espacement, comprenant les étapes consistant à disposer des bagues d'espacement sur un outil d'enroulement dans des emplacements axiaux prédéterminés, lesdites bagues d'espacement définissant des cavités d'enroulement de bobine entre elles-mêmes ; enrouler le fil supraconducteur dans les cavités d'enroulement de bobine ; imprégner la structure résultante pour former l'ensemble bobine cylindrique à imprégnation monolithique comprenant des bobines alternées axialement et des bagues d'espacement ; et retirer l'outil d'enroulement.
