The present application discloses a processing system, a processing method and an application method for a copper mesh for a battery piece without a main grid, which relate to the field of photovoltaic technology. The present application provides a novel copper mesh processing method, comprising: forming a copper wire interwoven structure by means of wire drawing modules, and further processing the copper wire interwoven structure into a required copper mesh by pressing and welding of upper and lower molds, copper wire guide grooves on the lower mold being able to prevent misalignment or relative offset between the copper wires. The copper mesh obtained by processing using the method provided in the present application does not require a backing, so that the problems of high processing difficulty and poor soldering caused by the backing can be avoided while achieving low cost of final products and high efficiency, and the processing and transportation costs of the supplier can be saved, improving the production efficiency, and reducing the material cost of the backing.

La présente invention concerne un système de traitement, un procédé de traitement et un procédé d'application d'une maille de cuivre pour une pièce de batterie sans grille principale, qui se rapportent au domaine de la technologie photovoltaïque. La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé de traitement de maille de cuivre, consistant à : former une structure entrelacée de fil de cuivre au moyen de modules de tréfilage, et traiter en outre la structure entrelacée de fil de cuivre en une maille de cuivre requise par pressage et soudage de moules supérieur et inférieur, des rainures de guidage de fil de cuivre sur le moule inférieur pouvant empêcher un désalignement ou un décalage relatif entre les fils de cuivre. La maille de cuivre obtenue par traitement faisant appel au procédé selon la présente invention ne nécessite pas de support, de sorte que les problèmes de difficulté élevée de traitement et de mauvais brasage provoqués par le support peuvent être évités tout en obtenant un faible coût de produits finaux et un rendement élevé, et des économies peuvent être réalisées sur les coûts de traitement et de transport du fournisseur, améliorant l'efficacité de production et réduisant le coût en matériau du support.
