The present application relates to the technical field of flow control in fluid mechanics, and provides a micro-riblet drag reduction flexible film and a preparation method therefor. The micro-riblet film has a triangular riblet structure unit processed on the upper surface in an air flow direction, and an adhesive layer provided on the lower surface for quick adhesion to an aircraft surface. After the aircraft surface is covered with the micro-riblet film, spanwise movement of air at the bottom of the boundary layer of the aircraft surface can be limited when the aircraft is flying at a high speed, thereby improving the flow field characteristics near the wall of the aircraft and effectively reducing the frictional resistance of the wall. The micro-riblet flexible film is prepared by a hot roller pressing method. A triangular riblet structure is processed on the surface of a mold shaft of a hot double-roller press, a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) polymer film is pretreated, and then a micro-riblet structure is hot-pressed on the surface of the TPU film. The micro-riblet drag reduction flexible film can be used for solving the problem of large influence of air drag when an aircraft is flying, and is easy to process, economical and practical, and easy to manufacture.

La présente invention concerne le domaine technique de la régulation d'écoulement dans la mécanique des fluides, et concerne un film souple de réduction de traînée de micro-riblet et un procédé de préparation s'y rapportant. Le film de micro-riblet comporte une unité de structure de riblet triangulaire traitée sur la surface supérieure dans une direction d'écoulement d'air, et une couche adhésive disposée sur la surface inférieure pour une adhérence rapide à une surface d'aéronef. Après que la surface de l'aéronef est recouverte du film de micro-riblet, le mouvement de l'air dans le sens de l'envergure au fond de la couche limite de la surface de l'aéronef peut être limité lorsque l'aéronef se déplace à grande vitesse, ce qui permet d'améliorer les caractéristiques de champ d'écoulement à proximité de la paroi de l'aéronef et de réduire efficacement la résistance de frottement de la paroi. Le film souple de micro-riblet est préparé par un procédé de pressage à rouleau chaud. Une structure de riblet triangulaire est traitée sur la surface d'un arbre de moule d'une presse à double rouleau chaud, un film polymère de polyuréthane thermoplastique (TPU) est prétraité, puis une structure de micro-riblet est pressée à chaud sur la surface du film de TPU. Le film souple de réduction de traînée de micro-riblet peut être utilisé pour résoudre le problème lié à l'influence importante de la traînée aérodynamique lorsqu'un aéronef se déplace, et est facile à traiter, économique et pratique, et facile à produire.

提供一种微沟槽减阻柔性薄膜及制备方法,属于流体力学流动控制技术领域。微沟槽薄膜上表面加工有沿气流流动方向的三角形沟槽结构单元,下表面附有胶层,便于快速粘贴于飞行器表面。飞行器表面覆盖微沟槽薄膜后,在飞行器高速飞行时,可限制飞行器表面边界层底层空气的展向运动,改善飞行器近壁面的流场特性,有效降低壁面的摩擦阻力。微沟槽柔性薄膜的制备是通过滚轴热压成型的方法实现,在双滚轴热压机的模具轴表面加工出三角形沟槽结构,预处理热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)聚合物薄膜后,在TPU薄膜表面热压出微沟槽结构。所述微沟槽减阻柔性薄膜可用于解决飞行器飞行时受空气阻力影响较大的问题,具有工艺设备简单、经济实用、易于制造的优点。
