Abstract

A moving device or a rail inspection robot, comprising an axle (210), a transmission key (230), and a wheel (220). The axle (210) is provided with a first through hole (211), wherein the first through hole (211) passes through the axle (210) along a direction perpendicular to an axis of the axle (210); the transmission key (230) penetrates through the first through hole (211), and two ends of the transmission key (230) protrude out of an outer surface of the axle (210); the wheel (220) is provided with a mounting hole (221) for mounting the axle (210) and the transmission key (230); wherein the axle (210) drives the wheel (220) to rotate by means of the transmission key (230). The transmission key is provided perpendicular to the axis of the axle, i.e., a torque is transferred by means of the transmission key perpendicular to the axis of the axle; there is no requirement for the wall thickness of the axle, the processing and mounting processes can be simpler, and the transferring effect of the torque is better.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif mobile ou un robot d'inspection de rail comprenant un essieu (210), une clé de transmission (230) et une roue (220). L'essieu (210) est pourvu d'un premier trou traversant (211), le premier trou traversant (211) passant par l'essieu (210) le long d'une direction perpendiculaire à un axe de l'essieu (210) ; la clé de transmission (230) pénétrant à travers le premier trou traversant (211), et deux extrémités de la clé de transmission (230) faisant saillie hors d'une surface externe de l'essieu (210) ; la roue (220) étant pourvue d'un trou de montage (221) pour monter l'essieu (210) et la clé de transmission (230) ; l'essieu (210) entraînant la roue (220) en rotation au moyen de la clé de transmission (230). La clé de transmission est disposée perpendiculairement à l'axe de l'essieu, c'est-à-dire qu'un couple est transféré au moyen de la clé de transmission perpendiculaire à l'axe de l'essieu ; il n'y a pas d'exigence en ce qui concerne l'épaisseur de paroi de l'essieu, les processus de traitement et de montage peuvent être plus simples, et l'effet de transfert du couple est meilleur.
