Disclosed is a modified polyvinylidene fluoride fluorocarbon coating, comprising a modified polyvinylidene fluoride resin dispersion comprising the raw materials of, in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin, 5-15 parts of a modifying agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of an initiator, 35-60 parts of a solvent, wherein the modifying agent is composed of polyethylene glycol monomaleate and polyethylene glycol methacrylate at a ratio of parts by weight of 1 : 0.5-1.5. The present invention innovatively starts from the point of view of molecular design, wherein the polyethylene glycol monomaleate and polyethylene glycol methacrylate are selected as the modifying agent to endow the polyvinylidene fluoride resin with hydrophilic side bonds, so that the resin matrix is modified from a pure PVDF resin with strong hydrophobicity to a modified fluorocarbon resin with amphiphilicity; furthermore, the modified polyvinylidene fluoride resin dispersion is used as a main film-forming material to obtain a waterborne modified polyvinylidene fluoride fluorocarbon coating having an overall performance comparable to existing solvent-type fluorocarbon coatings.

L'invention concerne un revêtement de fluorocarbone de fluorure de polyvinylidène modifié, comprenant une dispersion de résine de fluorure de polyvinylidène modifiée comprenant les matières premières suivantes, en parties en poids : 30 à 45 parties d'une résine de fluorure de polyvinylidène, 5 à 15 parties d'un agent de modification, 0,5 à 1,5 partie d'un initiateur, 35 à 60 parties d'un solvant, l'agent de modification étant composé de monomaléate de polyéthylène glycol et de méthacrylate de polyéthylène glycol à un rapport de parties en poids de 1/0,5 à 1,5. La présente invention part de manière innovante du point de vue de la conception moléculaire, le monomaléate de polyéthylène glycol et le méthacrylate de polyéthylène glycol étant sélectionnés en tant qu'agent de modification pour doter la résine de fluorure de polyvinylidène de liaisons latérales hydrophiles, de telle sorte que la matrice de résine est modifiée d'une résine de PVDF pur avec une forte hydrophobicité à une résine de fluorocarbone modifiée avec amphiphilicité ; en outre, la dispersion de résine de fluorure de polyvinylidène modifiée est utilisée en tant que matériau filmogène principal pour obtenir un revêtement de fluorocarbone de fluorure de polyvinylidène modifié à l'eau ayant une performance globale comparable à celle de revêtements de fluorocarbone de type solvant existants.

本发明公开了一种改性聚偏二氟乙烯氟碳涂料,其包括改性聚偏二氟乙烯树脂分散液,其按原料重量份计包括聚偏二氟乙烯树脂30~45份、改性剂5~15份、引发剂0.5~1.5份、溶剂35~60份,所述改性剂由聚乙二醇单马来酸酯和聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯按重量份比例为1:0.5~1.5组成。本发明创新地从分子设计的角度出发,选用聚乙二醇单马来酸酯和聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯为改性剂,使聚偏二氟乙烯树脂具有亲水性的侧键,将树脂基体由纯PVDF树脂的强疏水性改性为具有两亲性的改性氟碳树脂,并以改性聚偏二氟乙烯树脂分散液作为主要成膜物,获得综合性能媲美现有溶剂型氟碳涂料的水性化改性聚偏二氟乙烯氟碳涂料。
