Disclosed in the present application are a battery module and a vehicle using said battery module, related to the field of batteries, and used to optimize battery module structure. The battery module comprises a battery, a sealing element and a temperature collecting assembly. The battery comprises a housing and a cover plate connected to the housing, the cover plate being provided with a temperature collecting hole. The sealing element comprises an insertion part, the insertion part being mounted at the temperature collecting hole; the insertion part is provided with an accommodation cavity extending into the housing. The temperature collecting assembly comprises a temperature collecting part, the temperature collecting part being mounted in the accommodation cavity. In the technical solution of the present application, the temperature collecting assembly collects the temperature from inside the housing, temperature collection is more accurate, a heat conduction path is short, and temperature collection response speed is rapid.

La présente invention concerne un module de batterie et un véhicule utilisant ledit module de batterie, se rapportant au domaine des batteries, et servant à optimiser la structure du module de batterie. Le module de batterie comprend une batterie, un élément d'étanchéité et un ensemble de captation de la température. La batterie comprend un boîtier et une plaque de couvercle reliée au boîtier, la plaque de couvercle étant pourvue d'un trou de captation de la température. L'élément d'étanchéité comprend une partie d'insertion, laquelle partie d'insertion est montée au niveau du trou de captation de la température; la partie d'insertion est pourvue d'une cavité de réception s'étendant dans le boîtier. L'ensemble de captation de la température comprend une partie de captation de la température, la partie de captation de la température étant montée dans la cavité de réception. Dans la solution technique de la présente demande, l'ensemble de captation de la température capture la température à partir de l'intérieur du boîtier, la capture de la température est plus précise, un trajet de conduction de la chaleur est court, et la vitesse de réponse de capture de la température est rapide.
