A device for processing a special-shaped inner hole curved surface using abrasive flow, comprising an abrasive flow processing machine (1). A storage box (2) is installed at the top of the inside of the abrasive flow processing machine (1); a limiting sleeve (9) is provided on the outside of the abrasive flow processing machine (1) and at the bottom of the storage box (2); the top of the abrasive flow processing machine (1) is fixedly connected to the limiting sleeve (9) by means of a first cylinder (8); and the upper end surface of the limiting sleeve (9) is a closed structure, and the lower end surface is an open structure. In the abrasive flow processing device, after an object is put into a polishing space, the first cylinder pushes the limiting sleeve to move close to the object; a second cylinder inside the limiting sleeve pushes a cover plate to move close to the upper end surface of the object; then, a booster pump is started to enable abrasive particles to quickly flow into the cover plate by means of a telescopic rod, and the abrasive particles flow into a special-shaped inner hole under the squeezing force of the cover plate and the object to provide sufficient abrasive flow, such that the object is polished by means of the cover plate, without needing to consider the outer diameter of a hole, thus fully improving the efficiency of the abrasive flow in the special-shaped inner hole.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de traitement d'une surface incurvée de trou intérieur de forme spéciale à l'aide d'un flux abrasif, comprenant une machine de traitement par flux abrasif (1). Une boîte de stockage (2) est installée au sommet de l'intérieur de la machine de traitement par flux abrasif (1) ; un manchon de limitation (9) est disposé sur l'extérieur de la machine de traitement par flux abrasif (1) et au fond de la boîte de stockage (2) ; la partie supérieure de la machine de traitement par flux abrasif (1) est raccordée à demeure au manchon de limitation (9) au moyen d'un premier cylindre (8) ; et la surface d'extrémité supérieure du manchon de limitation (9) est une structure fermée, et la surface d'extrémité inférieure est une structure ouverte. Dans le dispositif de traitement par flux abrasif, après la mise en place d'un objet dans un espace de polissage, le premier cylindre pousse le manchon de limitation à se déplacer à proximité de l'objet ; un second cylindre à l'intérieur du manchon de limitation pousse une plaque de couvercle à se déplacer à proximité de la surface d'extrémité supérieure de l'objet ; puis une pompe de surpression est démarrée pour permettre à des particules abrasives de s'écouler rapidement dans la plaque de recouvrement au moyen d'une tige télescopique, et les particules abrasives s'écoulent dans un trou intérieur de forme spéciale sous la force de compression de la plaque de recouvrement et de l'objet pour fournir un flux abrasif suffisant, de sorte que l'objet est poli au moyen de la plaque de recouvrement, sans avoir besoin de considérer le diamètre extérieur d'un trou, améliorant ainsi pleinement l'efficacité du flux abrasif dans le trou intérieur de forme spéciale.

一种异形内孔曲面的磨料流加工装置,包括磨料流加工机(1),所述磨料流加工机(1)的内侧顶部安装有储料箱(2),所述磨料流加工机(1)的外侧、位于储料箱(2)的底部设置有限位套(9),所述磨料流加工机(1)顶部通过第一气缸(8)与限位套(9)固定连接,所述限位套(9)的上端面为封闭结构,下端面为开口结构。该磨料流加工装置通过将物件放入打磨平台之后,第一气缸推动限位套靠近物件,之后限位套内侧的第二气缸推动覆盖盘靠近物件上端面,通过启动增压泵,使得磨料颗粒通过伸缩杆快速流入到覆盖盘,磨料颗粒在覆盖盘和物件的挤压力之间涌向异形内孔,实现充分的磨流,无需考虑孔外径大小,覆盖盘集中对物件进行打磨,充分提高了异形内孔的磨料流的高效性。
