Disclosed are a slurry scraping mechanism and a coating and scraping device for use in an SG abrasive production process, solving the problem that a scraping mechanism of an abrasive production device in the prior art is prone to scratching a mold, and having the beneficial effect of obtaining complete abrasives. Based on the solution, a slurry scraping mechanism for use in an SG abrasive production process comprises a scraping main support; a scraping plate connected to the scraping main support via a suspension component to enable the scraping plate to be suspended, with a damping spring being provided in the suspension part; and a torsional spring adjustment component comprising several torsional springs supported by torsional spring support shafts, wherein the torsional spring support shafts are fixed to the scraping main support and can move up and down relative to the scraping main support, the torsional springs are clamped in a V-shaped plate, one end side of the V-shaped plate is connected to the scraping main support, and a side face of the V-shaped plate is connected to the scraping plate.

L'invention concerne un mécanisme de raclage de boue et un dispositif de revêtement et de raclage destinés à être utilisés dans un procédé de production d'abrasif SG, résolvant le problème selon lequel un mécanisme de raclage d'un dispositif de production d'abrasif dans l'état de la technique est susceptible de rayer un moule, et ayant l'effet bénéfique d'obtenir des abrasifs complets. Selon l'invention, un mécanisme de raclage de boue destiné à être utilisé dans un procédé de production d'abrasif SG comprend un support principal de raclage ; une plaque de raclage reliée au support principal de raclage par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de suspension pour permettre à la plaque de raclage d'être suspendue, un ressort d'amortissement étant disposé dans la partie de suspension ; et un élément de réglage de ressorts de torsion comprenant plusieurs ressorts de torsion supportés par des arbres de support de ressorts de torsion, les arbres de support de ressorts de torsion étant fixés au support principal de raclage et pouvant se déplacer vers le haut et vers le bas par rapport au support principal de raclage, les ressorts de torsion étant serrés dans une plaque en forme de V, un côté d'extrémité de la plaque en forme de V étant relié au support principal de raclage, et une face latérale de la plaque en forme de V étant reliée à la plaque de raclage.
