Disclosed are a method and system for compressing and transmitting image data, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method for compressing and transmitting image data comprises: simulating a deep learning model of a cloud server, and designing a local adaptive evaluation network; using the adaptive evaluation network to identify image data, selecting an encoder control strategy corresponding to the image data, and estimating the confidence of the cloud server for the image data; according to the lowest allowable bit rate corresponding to the confidence, controlling an image encoder to compress the image data to obtain compressed image data, wherein the higher the confidence, the lower the lowest allowable bit rate; and uploading the compressed image data to the cloud server according to the lowest allowable bit rate.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de compression et de transmission de données d'image, et un support de stockage lisible par ordinateur. Le procédé de compression et de transmission de données d'image comprend : la simulation d'un modèle d'apprentissage profond d'un serveur en nuage, et la conception d'un réseau d'évaluation adaptative local; l'utilisation du réseau d'évaluation adaptative pour identifier des données d'image, la sélection d'une stratégie de commande de codeur correspondant aux données d'image, et l'estimation de la confiance du serveur en nuage pour les données d'image; conformément au plus faible débit binaire admissible correspondant à la confiance, la commande d'un codeur d'image pour compresser les données d'image afin d'obtenir des données d'image compressées, le plus faible débit binaire admissible étant d'autant plus faible que la confiance est élevée; et le téléchargement des données d'image compressées vers le serveur en nuage conformément au plus faible débit binaire admissible.

本申请公开图像数据的压缩传输方法、系统及计算机可读存储介质,其中图像数据的压缩传输方法包括:模拟云端服务器的深度学习模型,设计本地的自适应评估网络;使用自适应评估网络识别图像数据,选择与图像数据对应的编码器控制策略,估计云端服务器对图像数据的置信度;根据置信度对应的最低允许码率,控制图像编码器对图像数据进行压缩,得到压缩后的图像数据,其中若置信度越高,则最低允许码率越小;按最低允许码率上传压缩后的图像数据至云端服务器。
