A contactless body temperature measurement method, applied in the field of medical instruments and used for solving the problem of existing contactless thermometers having difficulty in measuring a body temperature from a distance. The method comprises: measuring a target body temperature of a target person by means of a thermometer (S101); acquiring the distance between the thermometer and the target person and a value of a current environmental factor (S102); calculating a temperature compensation coefficient according to the target body temperature, the distance and the value of the current environmental factor (S103); and performing calculation according to the temperature compensation coefficient and the target body temperature to obtain a real body temperature of the target person (S104).

L'invention concerne un procédé de mesure de température corporelle sans contact, appliqué dans le domaine des instruments médicaux et utilisé pour résoudre le problème des thermomètres sans contact existants ayant des difficultés à mesurer une température corporelle à distance. Le procédé consiste à : mesurer une température corporelle cible d'une personne cible au moyen d'un thermomètre (S101) ; acquérir la distance entre le thermomètre et la personne cible et une valeur d'un facteur environnemental actuel (S102) ; calculer un coefficient de compensation de température en fonction de la température corporelle cible, de la distance et de la valeur du facteur environnemental actuel (S103) ; réaliser un calcul en fonction du coefficient de compensation de température et de la température corporelle cible pour obtenir une température corporelle réelle de la personne cible (S104).

一种非接触式测量体温的方法,应用于医疗器械领域,用于解决现有非接触式体温计难以远距离测量体温的问题。该方法包括:通过体温计测量目标人员的目标体温(S101);获取体温计与目标人员的距离及当前环境因素的取值(S102);根据目标体温、距离及当前环境因素的值计算温度补偿系数(S103);根据温度补偿系数及目标体温计算得到目标人员的真实体温(S104)。
