An organic electroluminescent device (10) and a display panel (60). The organic electroluminescent device (10) comprises a first organic electroluminescent unit (20), a second organic electroluminescent unit (30) and an insulating layer (40); the first organic electroluminescent unit (20) and the second organic electroluminescent unit (30) are provided in a stacked manner; the insulating layer (40) is provided between the first organic electroluminescent unit (20) and the second organic electroluminescent unit (30) and is made of a light-transmitting material; and the first organic electroluminescent unit (20) and the second organic electroluminescent unit (30) are configured to be connected to an alternating current power supply (V). The technical solution omits the process of conversion from alternating current to direct current, and reduces the electric energy loss.

L’invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique (10) et un panneau d’affichage (60). Le dispositif électroluminescent organique (10) comprend une première unité électroluminescente organique (20), une seconde unité électroluminescente organique (30) et une couche isolante (40) ; la première unité électroluminescente organique (20) et la seconde unité électroluminescente organique (30) sont disposées d'une manière empilée ; la couche isolante (40) est disposée entre la première unité électroluminescente organique (20) et la seconde unité électroluminescente organique (30) et est constituée d'un matériau transmettant la lumière ; et la première unité électroluminescente organique (20) et la seconde unité électroluminescente organique (30) sont conçues pour être connectées à une alimentation électrique à courant alternatif (V). La solution technique omet le processus de conversion de courant alternatif en courant continu, et réduit la perte d'énergie électrique.
