A meter reading device, according to one embodiment, may comprise: a rotating plate; a magnet disposed on one surface of the rotating plate; a first reed switch and a second reed switch; and a control unit for generating a state conversion value on the basis of the state of a pulse signal generated as a result of the interaction between the first and second reed switches and the magnet, and then determining the rotating direction of the rotating plate on the basis of the generated state conversion value.

Un mode de réalisation de l'invention concerne un dispositif de lecture de compteur pouvant comprendre : une plaque rotative ; un aimant disposé sur une surface de la plaque rotative ; un premier commutateur à lames et un second commutateur à lames ; et une unité de commande permettant de générer une valeur de conversion d'état en fonction de l'état d'un signal d'impulsion généré suite à l'interaction entre les premier et second commutateurs à lames et l'aimant, puis de déterminer la direction de rotation de la plaque rotative en fonction de la valeur de conversion d'état générée.

일 실시예에 따른 검침기는 회전판, 상기 회전판의 일 면에 배치되는 자석, 제1리드 스위치 및 제2리드 스위치 및 상기 제1리드 스위치 및 제2리드 스위치와 상기 자석과의 상호 작용으로 인해 발생되는 펄스 신호의 상태에 기초하여 상태 변환 값을 생성한 후, 생성된 상기 상태 변환 값을 기초로 상기 회전판의 회전 방향을 판단하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
