The present invention relates to a control board monitoring apparatus and, more specifically, to a control board monitoring apparatus using a vibration signal. The present invention comprises: detecting an acoustic signal or a vibration signal generated in a power device, according to a non-contact scheme through a detection unit attached to one side of a distribution control board; analyzing the detected acoustic signal or vibration signal; extracting a signal generated by an harmonic wave in the analyzed acoustic signal or vibration signal; and providing extracted harmonic wave data to a user. Therefore, the present invention can prevent an electrical safety-related accident, such as device burning, short-circuiting, grounding, and electric leakage short-circuiting, which may occur due to sparks when a harmonic wave is measured, and can measure a harmonic wave without a CT or PT sensor or a power analyzer.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de surveillance de carte de commande et, plus spécifiquement, un appareil de surveillance de carte de commande utilisant un signal de vibration. La présente invention comprend : la détection d'un signal acoustique ou d'un signal de vibration généré dans un dispositif d'alimentation, selon un schéma sans contact par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de détection fixée à un côté d'une carte de commande de distribution ; l'analyse du signal acoustique détecté ou du signal de vibration détecté ; l'extraction d'un signal généré par une onde harmonique dans le signal acoustique analysé ou le signal de vibration analysé ; et la fourniture des données d'onde harmonique extraites à un utilisateur. Par conséquent, la présente invention peut empêcher un accident électrique lié à la sécurité, tel que la combustion d'un dispositif, un court-circuitage, une mise à la masse, et un court-circuit de fuite électrique, qui peut se produire en raison d'étincelles lorsqu'une onde harmonique est mesurée, et peut mesurer une onde harmonique sans capteur CT ou PT ou un analyseur de puissance.

본 발명은 제어반 모니터링 장치에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는, 진동신호를 이용한 제어반 모니터링 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 수배전반제어반 일측에 부착되는 감지유닛을 통해 전력기기에서 발생되는 음향신호진동신호를 비접촉방식으로 감지하여 감지된 음향신호진동신호를 분석하고, 분석된 음향신호진동신호 중 고조파에 의해 발생되는 신호를 추출하여 추출된 고조파 데이터를 사용자에게 제공하는 것에 의해 고조파 측정 시 스파크로 인해 생길 수 있는 기기소손, 단락, 지락, 누전 합선 등과 같은 전기안전사고를 예방할 수 있으며, CT, PT 센서나 전력분석기 없이 고조파를 측정하는 효과를 가질 수 있다.
