Abstract
(EN)
An artificial gene in which the abundance of 15N exceeds the natural abundance thereof in bases of at least a part of the DNA. A gene mutation method comprising: a first step for preparing a situation where 15N is eccentrically located in a specific DNA in a living cell; and a second step for irradiating a proton beam at such an energy that 15N causes a resonance nuclear reaction.

L'invention concerne un gène artificiel dans lequel l'abondance de 15N dépasse son abondance naturelle dans des bases d'au moins une partie de l'ADN. Un procédé de mutation génique comprend : une première étape de préparation d'une situation dans laquelle 15N est placé de manière excentrique dans un ADN spécifique dans une cellule vivante ; et une seconde étape d'irradiation d'un faisceau de protons à une énergie telle que 15N provoque une réaction nucléaire de résonance.
