Abstract

The present invention provides: a graft copolymer which leaves a little residue after thermal decomposition, while exhibiting excellent transparency and formability; a method for producing a graft copolymer; and a use of a graft copolymer. A graft copolymer according to the present invention has a backbone polymer and a branch polymer bonded to the backbone polymer; the backbone polymer contains a cellulose resin; and the branch polymer contains a polycarbonate. A method for producing a graft copolymer according to the present invention comprises: a step for performing a copolymerization of an epoxide and carbon dioxide in the presence of a cellulose resin; or a step for performing a ring-opening polymerization of a cyclic carbonate in the presence of a cellulose resin.

L'invention fournit un copolymère greffé présentant peu de résidus après pyrolyse, et doté en outre d'excellentes propriétés de transparence et de moulage, et fournit aussi un procédé de fabrication de copolymère greffé, et une application associée. Le copolymère greffé de l'invention possède un polymère de chaîne principale, et des polymères de chaînes ramifiées liés à ce polymère de chaîne principale. Ledit polymère de chaîne principale contient une résine à base de cellulose, et lesdits polymères de chaînes ramifiées contiennent un polycarbonate. Le procédé de fabrication de copolymère greffé de l'invention comporte une étape au cours de laquelle un époxyde et un dioxyde de carbone sont copolymérisés en présence de la résine à base de cellulose, ou comporte une étape au cours de laquelle un carbonate cyclique est polymérisé par ouverture de cycle en présence de la résine à base de cellulose.

熱分解後の残渣が少なく、しかも、透明性や成形性にも優れるグラフト共重合体、グラフト共重合体の製造方法及びその用途を提供する。 本発明のグラフト共重合体は、幹ポリマーと、該幹ポリマーに結合する枝ポリマーとを有するグラフト共重合体であって、前記幹ポリマーがセルロース系樹脂を含み、前記枝ポリマーがポリカーボネートを含む。本発明のグラフト共重合体の製造方法は、セルロース系樹脂の存在下、エポキシドと二酸化炭素との共重合を行う工程を備える、又は、セルロース系樹脂の存在下、環状カーボネートの開環重合を行う工程を備える。
