The surface treatment agent is a silicon-based compound, and the binder is a vinyl resin.

L'invention concerne une composition absorbant les ondes radioélectriques, laquelle composition contient une poudre magnétique et un liant. L'invention concerne également un corps absorbant les ondes radioélectriques, lequel corps contient une poudre magnétique et un liant. Ladite poudre magnétique est une poudre de ferrite hexagonale à substitution, traitée en surface à l'aide d'un agent de traitement de surface, cet agent de traitement de surface étant un composé silicium, et ledit liant étant une résine vinylique.
