This ultrasound sensor has an attachment sensor (8) comprising a variable capacitor (8a) and a fixed capacitor (8b). The variable capacitor includes a sensor electrode (8aa) which is disposed on one surface side of a bottom portion (3a) of a microphone (2), and of which the capacitance value changes due to attachment of foreign matter onto the one surface side. The fixed capacitor includes a first electrode (8ba) connected to the sensor electrode, and a second electrode (8bb) disposed on a member (4, 6, 11) different from a microphone housing and opposite the first electrode. The attachment sensor further comprises an attachment sensing portion (8c) which is connected to the sensor electrode via the fixed capacitor and which causes an alternating-current signal to flow with respect to the fixed capacitor and the variable capacitor to sense attachment of foreign matter onto the one surface.

L'invention concerne un capteur à ultrasons comportant un capteur de fixation (8) comprenant un condensateur variable (8a) et un condensateur fixe (8b). Le condensateur variable comprend une électrode de capteur (8aa) qui est disposée sur un côté de surface d'une partie inférieure (3a) d'un microphone (2), et dont la valeur de capacité change en raison de la fixation de matière étrangère sur le côté de surface. Le condensateur fixe comprend une première électrode (8ba) connectée à l'électrode de capteur, et une seconde électrode (8bb) disposée sur un élément (4, 6, 11) différent d'un boîtier de microphone et à l'opposé de la première électrode. Le capteur de fixation comprend en outre une partie de détection de fixation (8c) qui est connectée à l'électrode de capteur par l'intermédiaire du condensateur fixe et qui amène un signal de courant alternatif à circuler par rapport au condensateur fixe et au condensateur variable pour détecter la fixation de matière étrangère sur ladite surface.

超音波センサに備えられる付着センサ(8)に、可変容量(8a)と固定容量(8b)を備える。可変容量は、マイク(2)の底部(3a)の一面側に備えられたセンサ電極(8aa)を含み、前記一面側への異物の付着によって容量値が変化する。固定容量は、センサ電極に接続される第1電極(8ba)と、マイク筐体とは異なる部材(4、6、11)に備えられ、第1電極に対向配置された第2電極(8bb)とを有する。さらに、付着センサに、固定容量を介してセンサ電極に接続され、固定容量および可変容量に対して交流信号を流すことで前記一面への異物の付着を検知する付着検知部(8c)を備える。
