Provided are an information sending method, an information receiving method, a terminal and a control node. The information sending method is applied to a sending end, and comprises: when a sending end cannot acquire positioning information of a global navigation satellite system (GNSS), sending first information to a receiving end, wherein the first information is used for assisting the receiving end in determining whether to carry out hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback; and the first information comprises at least one of the following: a reference signal receiving power (RSRP) threshold indication, a geographical area identifier of the sending end, a communication range indication, and an indication indicating that HARQ is unavailable.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'envoi d'informations, un procédé de réception d'informations, un terminal et un nœud de commande Le procédé d'envoi d'informations est appliqué à une extrémité d'envoi et consiste : lorsqu'une extrémité d'envoi ne peut pas acquérir des informations de positionnement d'un système mondial de navigation par satellite (GNSS), à envoyer des premières informations à une extrémité de réception, les premières informations étant utilisées pour aider l'extrémité de réception à déterminer s'il faut exécuter une rétroaction de requête automatique de répétition hybride (HARQ), et les premières informations comprenant au moins l'un des éléments suivants : une indication de seuil de puissance de réception de signal de référence (RSRP), un identifiant de zone géographique de l'extrémité d'envoi, une indication de portée de communication, et une indication indiquant que l'HARQ n'est pas disponible.
