The present invention is applied to the field of barrier films for water vapor barrier, and provides a light-transmitting barrier composite film having a good barrier effect and a simple process and a preparation method therefor in relation to the defects in the prior art that the water vapor barrier effect is unsatisfactory and the process is complicated. The barrier composite film sequentially comprises: a first high molecular polymer layer subjected to inorganic treatment and having a thickness of 25-150 μm, a first adhesive layer having a thickness of 5-50 μm, a second high molecular polymer layer subjected to inorganic treatment and having a thickness of 25-150 μm, and a second adhesive layer having a thickness of 10-250 μm, which are all light-transmitting. Compared with the prior art, according to the light-transmitting barrier composite film and the preparation method therefor provided in the present invention, the process is simple, and the barrier film has good barrier performance, a water vapor permeability of less than 10-4 g/m2/day, and good peeling strength and filling performance.

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine des films barrières pour les barrières à vapeur d'eau et concerne un film composite barrière ayant un bon effet de barrière et dont le procédé est simple ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation s'y rapportant, par rapport aux défauts de l'état antérieur de la technique consistant en ce que les effets de barrière à la vapeur d'eau ne sont pas satisfaisant et en ce que le procédé est compliqué. Le film composite barrière comprend séquentiellement : une première couche de polymère de masse moléculaire élevée soumise à un traitement inorganique et ayant une épaisseur de 25 à 150 µm ; une première couche adhésive ayant une épaisseur de 5 à 50 µm ; une seconde couche de polymère de masse moléculaire soumise à un traitement inorganique et ayant une épaisseur de 25 à 150 µm ; et une seconde couche adhésive ayant une épaisseur de 10 à 250 µm. Par comparaison avec l'état antérieur de la technique, selon le film composite barrière transmettant la lumière et le procédé de préparation s'y rapportant selon la présente invention, le processus est simple et le film barrière a de bonnes performances de barrière, une perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau inférieure à 10-4 g/m2/jour ainsi qu'une bonne résistance au pelage et une bonne performance de remplissage.

本发明应用于阻隔水汽的阻隔膜领域,针对现有技术中水汽阻隔效果不理想,工艺复杂的缺陷,提供一种阻隔效果好,工艺简单的透光阻隔复合膜及其制备方法。所述阻隔复合膜依次包括可透光的:经无机处理的第一高分子聚合物层,所述第一高分子聚合物层的厚度为25-150μm;第一粘合剂层,所述第一粘合剂层的厚度为5-50μm;经无机处理的第二高分子聚合物层,所述第二高分子聚合物层的厚度为25-150μm;第二粘合剂层,所述第二粘合剂层的厚度为10-250μm。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的透光阻隔复合膜及其制备方法工艺简单,且阻隔膜的阻隔性能好,阻隔膜水汽透过率小于10 -4g/m 2/day,并具有良好的剥离强度和填充性能。
