Abstract

A waterway control system (100) and a phase-change water heater, the waterway control system (100) comprising: a heat exchanger (10), which comprises a water inlet (11) and a water outlet (12); a water inlet pipe (20), an outlet of the water inlet pipe (20) being respectively connected to the water inlet (11) and water outlet (12) of the heat exchanger (10), a one-way valve (30) and a thermostatic valve (40) being provided in parallel between the water inlet pipe (20) and the water outlet (12) of the heat exchanger (10), and a heater (50) being provided between the water inlet pipe (20) and the water inlet (11) of the heat exchanger (10); a water outlet pipe (60), which is connected to the thermostatic valve (40); and a water pump (70), which is provided between the water inlet (11) of the heat exchanger (10) and the water outlet (12) of the heat exchanger (10), and when in a circulating heating mode, the water inlet (11) and the water outlet (12) of the heat exchanger (10) are communicated by means of a pipeline where the one-way valve (30) is located.
