The purpose of the present invention is to provide a ballast water treatment system of a ship using ozone. In other words, the present invention comprises: a side stream part (10) connected to a main pipe (1) for supplying seawater which is ballast water to a ballast tank of a ship, and provided with an ejector (12) for injecting ozone for treating the ballast water; and a static mixer part (20) provided so as to stir ozone mixed water supplied from the side stream part (10) and inject same into the main pipe (10), wherein the static mixer part (20) is provided with a mixer pipe (22) through which the ozone mixed water is transferred and a mixer module (100) which bisects an interior space of the mixer pipe (22) so as to induce cross movement of the ozone mixed water in directions different from each other. When using the ballast water treatment system of a ship using ozone, improvement in ballast water treatment capability is promoted by reducing pressure loss in an ozone injection pipe while raising ozone mixing efficiency, and in particular, a mixing ratio is maximized by a method wherein the ozone mixed water cross-moves in directions different from each other by means of the static mixer part, thereby having the advantage of excellent ballast water sterilizing power.

L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un système de traitement des eaux de ballast d'un navire à l'aide d'ozone. En d'autres termes, la présente invention comprend : une partie de flux latéral (10) reliée à un tuyau principal (1) pour fournir de l'eau de mer qui est de l'eau de ballast à un réservoir de ballast d'un navire, et pourvue d'un éjecteur (12) pour injecter de l'ozone pour traiter l'eau de ballast ; et une partie de mélangeur statique (20) disposée de façon à agiter l'eau mélangée à l'ozone fournie à partir de la partie de flux latéral (10) et injecter celui-ci dans le tuyau principal (10), la partie de mélangeur statique (20) est pourvue d'un tuyau mélangeur (22) à travers lequel l'eau mélangée à l'ozone est transférée et un module mélangeur (100) qui sectionne un espace intérieur du tuyau de mélange (22) de façon à induire un mouvement transversal de l'eau mélangée à l'ozone dans des directions différentes l'une de l'autre. Lors de l'utilisation du système de traitement d'eau de ballast d'un navire à l'aide d'ozone, l'amélioration de la capacité de traitement de l'eau de ballast est favorisée par la réduction de la perte de pression dans un tuyau d'injection d'ozone tout en augmentant l'efficacité de mélange d'ozone, et en particulier, un rapport de mélange est maximisé par un procédé dans lequel la section transversale d'eau mélangée à l'ozone se déplace dans des directions différentes les unes des autres au moyen de la partie de mélangeur statique, ce qui présente l'avantage d'une excellente puissance de stérilisation de l'eau de ballast.

본 발명은 오존을 이용한 선박의 평형수 처리 시스템을 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 선박의 발라스트탱크로 평형수인 해수를 공급하는 메인관(1)에 연결되고, 평형수 처리를 위한 오존을 주입하도록 이젝터(12)가 구비되는 사이드 스트림부(10); 및 상기 사이드 스트림부(10)로 부터 공급되는 오존 혼합수를 교반하여 메인관(1)으로 주입하도록 구비되는 스태틱 믹서부(20);를 포함하며, 상기 스태틱 믹서부(20)는, 오존 혼합수가 이송되는 믹서관(22)과, 믹서관(22) 내부 공간을 이분할 하여 오존 혼합수가 서로 상반된 방향으로 교차 이동되도록 유도하는 믹서모듈(100)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 오존을 이용한 선박의 평형수 처리 시스템을 이용하면, 오존 주입 배관의 압력 손실은 줄이면서 오존 혼합 효율을 높여 평형수 처리 능력 향상을 도모하고, 특히 스태틱 믹서부에 의해 오존 혼합수가 서로 상반된 방향으로 교차 이동되는 방식에 의해 혼합률이 극대화되어 평형수 살균력이 매우 우수한 장점이 있다.
