The present invention relates to a device and method for cleaning a printing head of a 3D printer, whereby a nozzle of the printing head of the 3D printer can be washed. The printing head cleaning device may comprise: a cleaning unit in which the nozzle of the printing heat is washed by immersing at least a portion of the printing head in a cleaning tank that accommodates a washing solution therein; a purging unit in which the printing head washed in the cleaning unit is purged of the liquid material at a preset discharge pressure and discharge flow rate; a wiping unit in which a wiper blade is installed to be able to ascend and descend, wherein the wiper blade ascends so that an end portion of the wiper blade comes into contact with the nozzle of the printing head and wipes away the remaining liquid material on the nozzle when the printing head purged in the purging unit passes through the wiping unit; a packing unit which packs the nozzle of the washed printing head and thereby protects the nozzle from drying and clogging; and a fiber circulating unit which is installed such that microfibers pass through the cleaning unit, the purging unit, and the wiping unit in a roll-to-roll manner.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de nettoyage d'une tête d'impression d'une imprimante 3D, permettant de nettoyer une buse de la tête d'impression de l'imprimante 3D. Le dispositif de nettoyage de tête d'impression peut comprendre : une unité de nettoyage dans laquelle la buse de la tête d'impression est lavée par immersion d'au moins une partie de la tête d'impression dans un réservoir de nettoyage qui reçoit en son sein une solution de lavage ; une unité de purge dans laquelle la tête d'impression lavée dans l'unité de nettoyage est purgée du matériau liquide à une pression d'évacuation prédéfinie et un débit d'évacuation prédéfinie ; une unité d'essuyage dans laquelle une racle de lavage est installée de façon à pouvoir monter et descendre, la racle de lavage montant de telle sorte qu'une partie extrémité de la racle de lavage vient en contact avec la buse de la tête d'impression et élimine le matériau liquide restant sur la buse lorsque la tête d'impression purgée dans l'unité de purge passe à travers l'unité d'essuyage ; une unité d'emballage qui conditionne la buse de la tête d'impression lavée et empêche ainsi la buse de sécher et de se boucher ; et une unité de circulation de fibres qui est installée de telle sorte que les microfibres passent à travers l'unité de nettoyage, l'unité de purge et l'unité d'essuyage de rouleau à rouleau.

본 발명은 3차원 프린터의 프린팅 헤드의 노즐을 세정할 수 있는 3차원 프린터의 프린팅 헤드 클리닝 장치 및 클리닝 방법에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 세정액을 수용하는 클리닝 수조에 상기 프린팅 헤드의 적어도 일부분이 침지되어 상기 프린팅 헤드의 노즐을 세정하는 클리닝부와, 상기 클리닝부에서 세정이 완료된 프린팅 헤드가 기 설정된 토출 압력과 토출 유량으로 상기 액상 재료를 퍼징(Purging)하는 퍼징부와, 승하강 가능하게 와이퍼 블레이드(Wiper Blade)가 설치되어, 상기 퍼징부에서 퍼징이 완료된 상기 프린팅 헤드가 통과 시, 상기 와이퍼 블레이드의 단부가 상기 프린팅 헤드의 상기 노즐과 접촉되도록 상승하여, 상기 노즐에 잔존하는 상기 액상 재료를 와이핑(Wiping)하여 제거하는 와이핑부와, 세정이 완료된 상기 프린팅 헤드의 상기 노즐을 패킹(Packing)하여, 상기 노즐이 건조되어 막히지 않도록 보호하는 패킹부 및 롤투롤(Roll-to-roll) 방식에 의해 극세사 섬유(Microfiber)가 상기 클리닝부, 상기 퍼징부 및 상기 와이핑부를 통과하도록 설치되는 섬유 순환부를 포함할 수 있다.
