A control unit in a medical image processing device, according to the present invention, acquires a medical image 30 of a subject. The control unit causes a modification image 50, in which is displayed the position and/or range of a lesion to be modified on the medical image 30, to be displayed on a display unit. While the modification image 50 is displayed on the display unit, the control unit accepts instructions designating the position and/or range of the lesion to be modified. If the position and/or range of the lesion is designated, the control unit acquires, on the basis of the medical image 30, a predicted disease image 60 in which the lesion has been modified according to the content of the designation. The control unit causes the predicted disease image 60 and the modification image 50 to be displayed simultaneously on the display unit, or for the display to switch between the images.

Selon la présente invention, une unité de commande dans un dispositif de traitement d'image médical acquiert une image médicale 30 d'un sujet. L'unité de commande amène une image de modification 50, dans laquelle est affichée la position et/ou la portée d'une lésion à modifier sur l'image médicale 30, à être affichée sur une unité d'affichage. Pendant que l'image de modification 50 est affichée sur l'unité d'affichage, l'unité de commande accepte des instructions désignant la position et/ou la portée de la lésion à modifier. Si la position et/ou la portée de la lésion est désignée, l'unité de commande acquiert, sur la base de l'image médicale 30, une image de maladie prédite 60 dans laquelle la lésion a été modifiée en fonction du contenu de la désignation. L'unité de commande amène l'image de maladie prédite 60 et l'image de modification 50 à être affichées simultanément sur l'unité d'affichage, ou l'afficheur à commuter entre les images.

医療画像処理装置の制御部は、被検者の医療画像30を取得する。制御部は、医療画像30上で改変される病変部の位置および範囲の少なくともいずれかが表示される改変用画像50を、表示部に表示させる。制御部は、改変用画像50を表示部に表示させた状態で、改変される病変部の位置および範囲の少なくともいずれかを指定する指示を受け付ける。制御部は、病変部の位置および範囲の少なくともいずれかが指定された場合に、指定内容に応じて病変部が改変された予測疾患画像60を、医療画像30に基づいて取得する。制御部は、予測疾患画像60と改変用画像50を表示部に同時に、または切り替えて表示させる。
