Embodiments provide a photoelectric conversion layer, a solar cell, a multi-junction solar cell, a solar cell module, and a photovoltaic power system having improved characteristics. The photoelectric conversion layer of the embodiment is based on Cu2O, contains at least one p-type dopant selected from the group consisting of Ge, Ta, and In, and has a band gap of equal to or more than 2.10 eV and equal to or less than 2.30 eV.

Des modes de réalisation concernent une couche de conversion photoélectrique, une cellule solaire, une cellule solaire à jonctions multiples, un module de cellule solaire, et un système d'énergie photovoltaïque ayant des caractéristiques améliorées. La couche de conversion photoélectrique du mode de réalisation est basée sur du Cu2O, contient au moins un dopant de type p choisi dans le groupe constitué par Ge, Ta, et In, et a une bande interdite égale ou supérieure à 2,10 eV et inférieure ou égale à 2,30 eV.
