Disclosed are a day and night dual-effect radiation cooler and a preparation method therefor. The radiation cooler is composed of a wide spectrum and strong-reflection-type metal substrate and an 8-14 μm infrared strong-selectivity radiation coating layer coated on the surface of the substrate, wherein the 8-14 μm infrared strong-selectivity radiation coating layer is composed of a visible-infrared transparent polymer and an 8-14 μm infrared strong-selectivity radiation active nanometer functional composition, and the mass content of the visible-infrared transparent polymer is 10%-80%; and the 8-14 μm infrared strong-selectivity radiation active nanometer functional composition is composed of a nano silica, a rare earth silicate compound and a molybdate compound in the mass ratio of 1 : (0.5-2) : (0.5-2). The radiation cooler of the present invention has the properties of excellent sunlight reflection and high radiation at 8-14 μm, so that same can exert an efficient autonomous cooling function under the conditions of both sunlight irradiation and no sunlight irradiation. The radiation cooler can be used for temperature lowering and cooling with zero energy consumption of facilities and apparatuses such as buildings, grain and oil storage, high-power electronic equipment, and refrigerated boxes, and has a potential huge energy-saving effect.

La présente invention concerne un refroidisseur de rayonnement à double effet jour et nuit et son procédé de préparation. Le refroidisseur de rayonnement est composé d'un substrat métallique à large spectre et de type à forte réflexion, et d'une couche de revêtement de rayonnement à forte sélectivité infrarouge de 8-14 µm revêtue sur la surface du substrat. La couche de revêtement de rayonnement à forte sélectivité infrarouge de 8-14 µm est composée d'un polymère transparent dans l'infrarouge visible et d'une composition fonctionnelle nanométrique active de rayonnement à haute sélectivité infrarouge de 8-14 µm, et la teneur en masse du polymère transparent dans l'infrarouge visible est comprise entre 10 % et 80 %. 本发明公开了一种日夜双效能辐射降温器及其制备方法,由宽光谱强反射型金属质底材及其表面涂覆的8~14μm红外强选择性辐射涂层组成;其中8~14μm红外强选择性辐射涂层由可见-红外透明聚合物和在8~14μm红外强选择性辐射活性纳米功能组合物组成,可见-红外透明聚合物质量含量为10%~80%;8~14μm红外强选择性辐射活性纳米功能组合物由纳米二氧化硅、稀土硅酸盐化合物和钼酸盐化合物按照质量比为1:(0.5~2):(0.5~2)组成。本发明辐射降温器优异的太阳光反射和8~14μm高辐射特性,使其在日光照射和无日光照射条件下均能发挥高效的自主降温功能,可用于建筑物、粮油库、大功率电子设备、冷藏箱包等设施装置的零耗能降温冷却,具有潜在的巨大节能效果。
