Disclosed are a method for automatically calculating a threshold for classifying clusters from a reference data set and processing data by using same, and a system for performing same. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a data processing method using auto-thresholding, the data processing method comprising the steps of: receiving, by a data processing system, as an input, a plurality of individual numerical values included in a reference data set having two or more clusters; on the basis of each of the numerical values included in the reference data set received as an input, calculating, by the data processing system, a threshold for dividing a cluster of the reference data set; and dividing, by the data processing system, into different clusters by using the threshold, each of at least one data set to be analyzed, having a plurality of individual numerical values.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour calculer automatiquement un seuil pour classifier des groupes d'un ensemble de données de référence et traiter des données à l'aide de celui-ci, et un système pour la mise en œuvre de celui-ci. Selon un aspect de ces aspects, la présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de données utilisant un seuillage automatique, le procédé de traitement de données comprenant les étapes consistant à : recevoir, à travers un système de traitement de données, en tant qu'entrée, une pluralité de valeurs numériques individuelles comprises dans un ensemble de données de référence ayant deux groupes ou plus; sur la base de chacune des valeurs numériques comprises dans l'ensemble de données de référence reçues en tant qu'entrée, à calculer, à travers un système de traitement de données, un seuil pour diviser un groupe de l'ensemble de données de référence; et à diviser, à travers le système de traitement de données, en différents groupes au moyen du seuil, chacun d'au moins un ensemble de données à analyser, ayant une pluralité de valeurs numériques individuelles.

기준이 되는 데이터 세트로부터 군집을 구분하기 위한 경계 값을 자동으로 산출하고 이를 이용하여 데이터를 처리하는 방법 및 이를 수행하는 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 데이터 처리 시스템이, 2 이상의 군집을 가지는 기준 데이터 세트에 포함된 다수의 개별 수치 값을 입력 받는 단계 상기 데이터 처리 시스템이, 입력 받은 상기 기준 데이터 세트에 포함된 각각의 수치 값에 기초하여 상기 기준 데이터 세트가 가지는 군집을 분할하기 위한 경계 값(threshold)을 산출하는 단계 및 상기 데이터 처리 시스템이, 적어도 하나의 분석 대상 데이터 세트 각각에 대하여, 다수의 개별 수치 값을 가지는 상기 분석 대상 데이터 세트를 상기 경계 값을 이용하여 서로 다른 군집으로 분할하는 단계를 포함하는 자동 경계화를 이용한 데이터 처리 방법이 제공된다.
