The present invention pertains to a vascular corrective device (10) for reducing or preventing stenosis at and/or near an anastomotic site of a blood vessel. A first blood vessel (1) anastomoses partway along a second blood vessel (2) so as to branch off partway along the second blood vessel (2). The vascular corrective device (10) comprises a first supporting part (11) and a second supporting part (12). Following anastomosis, the first blood vessel (1) is accommodated within the first supporting part (11), and the second blood vessel (2) is accommodated within the second supporting part (12). The device (10) covers and supports both blood vessels (1, 2) from the outside thereof. The device (10) keeps the angle formed between the direction of blood flow in the first blood vessel (1) and the direction of blood flow in the second blood vessel (2) at the anastomotic site at an acute angle. The device (10) holds the first blood vessel (1) so as to curve downstream from the anastomotic site and extend toward the upstream side of the second blood vessel (2) from the anastomotic site.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de correction vasculaire (10) pour réduire ou prévenir une sténose sur et/ou à proximité d'un site anastomotique d'un vaisseau sanguin. Un premier vaisseau sanguin (1) effectue une anastomose à mi-chemin le long d'un second vaisseau sanguin (2) de façon à bifurquer à mi-chemin le long du second vaisseau sanguin (2). Le dispositif de correction vasculaire (10) comprend une première partie de support (11) et une seconde partie de support (12). Après anastomose, le premier vaisseau sanguin (1) est logé à l'intérieur de la première partie de support (11), et le second vaisseau sanguin (2) est logé à l'intérieur de la seconde partie de support (12). Le dispositif (10) recouvre et supporte les deux vaisseaux sanguins (1, 2) depuis leur extérieur. Le dispositif (10) maintient l'angle formé entre la direction du flux sanguin dans le premier vaisseau sanguin (1) et la direction du flux sanguin dans le second vaisseau sanguin (2) sur le site anastomotique à un angle aigu. Le dispositif (10) maintient le premier vaisseau sanguin (1) de façon à se courber en aval du site anastomotique et à s'étendre vers le côté amont du second vaisseau sanguin (2) depuis le site anastomotique.

血管の吻合部及び/又は吻合部付近の狭窄を軽減し、又は防止する血管矯正器具(10)。第1の血管(1)を、第2の血管(2)の途中から枝分かれするように、第2の血管(2)の途中に吻合する。血管矯正器具(10)は、第1支持部(11)及び第2支持部(12)を備える。吻合後、第1支持部(11)の内部に第1の血管(1)を収容し、第2支持部(12)の内部に第2の血管(2)を収容する。器具(10)は、両血管(1, 2)をそれらの外側から覆って支持する。器具(10)は、吻合部において第1の血管(1)の血流方向と第2の血管(2)の血流方向とが成す角度を、鋭角に維持する。器具(10)は、第1の血管(1)が吻合部より下流側で湾曲し、吻合部より第2の血管(2)の上流側に伸びるように維持する。
