The production method according to the present disclosure is for producing an organism-derived substance having introduced therein a bioactive substance, the production method including a step for causing a suspension including the bioactive substance and the organism-derived substance yet to be introduced with the bioactive substance, to pass through a first electric field region having a first electric field intensity, and a step for causing the suspension, after passing through the first electric field region, to pass through a second electric field region having a second electric field intensity which is lower than the first electric field intensity. The organism-derived substance is a human-derived cell.

Le procédé de production selon la présente invention est destiné à produire une substance dérivée d'un organisme dans laquelle est introduite une substance bioactive, le procédé de production consistant à provoquer le passage d'une suspension comprenant la substance bioactive et la substance dérivée d'un organisme à introduire dans la substance bioactive, à travers une première région de champ électrique ayant une première intensité de champ électrique, et à amener la suspension, après qu'elle a traversé la première région de champ électrique, à passer à travers une seconde région de champ électrique ayant une seconde intensité de champ électrique étant inférieure à la première intensité de champ électrique. La substance dérivée d'un organisme est une cellule dérivée d'un être humain.

開示の技術に係る製造方法は、生体活性物質が導入された生体由来物の製造方法であって、生体活性物質の導入前の生体由来物と、生体活性物質とを含む懸濁液が、第1の電界強度を有する第1の電界領域を通過する工程と、懸濁液が、第1の電界領域を通過した後に、第1の電界強度よりも低い第2の電界強度を有する第2の電界領域を通過する工程と、を含む。生体由来物は、ヒト由来細胞である。
