The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a power conversion device with which it is possible to detect an electric current flowing to a converter circuit while suppressing the number of electric current detectors. This power conversion device (120) comprises: a converter circuit (10) having a unit converter (100a) that has a reactor (4a) and a switching element (3a), and a unit converter (100b) that has a reactor (4b) and a switching element (3b), the converter circuit (10) converting an AC voltage outputted from an AC power supply (1) to a DC voltage; and a current detector (73) that detects the current flowing to the converter circuit (10). The current detector (73) detects a synthesized current obtained from a first current flowing to the reactor (4a) of the unit converter (100a) and a second current flowing to the reactor (4b) of the unit converter (100b).

L'objet de la présente invention est d'obtenir un dispositif de conversion de puissance avec lequel il est possible de détecter un courant électrique circulant vers un circuit convertisseur tout en supprimant le nombre de détecteurs de courant électrique. Ce dispositif de conversion de puissance (120) comprend : un circuit convertisseur (10) comportant un convertisseur unitaire (100a) qui comporte un réacteur (4a) et un élément de commutation (3a), et un convertisseur d'unité (100b) qui comporte un réacteur (4b) et un élément de commutation (3b), le circuit convertisseur (10) convertissant une tension alternative délivrée par une alimentation en courant alternatif (1) en une tension continue ; et un détecteur de courant (73) qui détecte le courant circulant vers le circuit convertisseur (10). Le détecteur de courant (73) détecte un courant synthétisé obtenu d'un premier courant circulant vers le réacteur (4a) du convertisseur d'unité (100a) et un second courant circulant vers le réacteur (4b) du convertisseur d'unité (100b).
