Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erfassung und Verifizierung einer Arbeitsposition (21a, 21b) einer fahrbaren Betonpumpe (10) mit den Schritten: a) Aufstellen und zumindest teilweises Abstützen der Betonpumpe (10) an einer Aufstellposition (14); b) Erfassen von positionsbezogenen Daten einer Arbeitsposition (21a, 21b), wobei die Arbeitsposition (21a, 21b) in einem von der Aufstellposition (14) abgewandten Bereich einer zu betonierenden Fläche (20) angeordnet ist; c) Vergleichen der positionsbezogenen Daten mit einem sich aus der eingestellten Abstützung ergebenden theoretischen Arbeitsbereich (15); und d) Ausgeben eines Signals, ob die Arbeitsposition (21a, 21b) bedient werden kann. Dies ermöglicht ein möglichst optimales Aufstellen bzw. Abstützen einer fahrbaren Betonpumpe (10). Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Verfahrenzur Ermittlung einer geeigneten Abstützeinstellung, eine Vermessungseinrichtung (10a) und eine fahrbare Betonpumpe (10).
(EN) The invention relates to a method for detecting and verifying a working position (21a, 21b) of a mobile concrete pump (10), said method comprising the steps: a) setting up and at least partially supporting the concrete pump (10) at a set-up position (14); b) detecting position-related data of a working position (21a, 21b), wherein the working position (21a, 21b) is located in a region of a surface (20) to be concreted which is remote from the set-up position (14); c) comparing the position-related data with a theoretical working area (15) resulting from the set support; and d) outputting a signal as to whether the working position (21a, 21b) can be operated. This makes it possible to set up or support a mobile concrete pump (10) in the most optimal manner possible. The invention also relates to a method for determining a suitable support setting, a measurement device (10a), and a mobile concrete pump (10).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détection et de vérification d'une position de travail (21a, 21b) d'une pompe à béton (10) mobile comprenant les étapes de : a) installation et au moins partiellement soutien de la pompe à béton (10) dans une position d'installation (14); b) détection de données relatives à la position d'une position de travail (21a, 21b), la position de travail (21a, 21b) étant disposée dans une zone d'une surface à bétonner (20) opposée à la position d'installation (14); c) comparaison des données relatives à la position avec une zone de travail théorique (15) résultant du soutien réglée; et d) émission d'un signal indiquant si la position de travail (21a, 21b) peut être utilisée. Cela permet l'installation ou le soutien optimal d'une pompe à béton (10) mobile. L'invention concerne également un procédé de détermination d'un réglage de soutien approprié, un dispositif de mesure (10a) et une pompe à béton (10) mobile.
