Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzvorrichtung (1) für das Nadelrohr (2) einer Spritze, umfassend ein an einem Trägerelement (3) schwenkbar ausgebildetes Gehäuse (4), welches in der Schwenkebene eine offene Gehäuseseite (5) aufweist, sodass das Nadelrohr (2) nach Injektionsgebrauch in das Gehäuse (4) einschwenkbar ist und wobei gehäuseseitig eine Halteeinrichtung (6) für das eingeschwenkte Nadelrohr (2) vorgesehen ist. Gemäß der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Trägerelement (3) und das schwenkbare Gehäuse (4) neben der Verbindung eines Folienscharniers (8) zur Bildung einer Schwenkachse zudem über eine Sollbruchstelle (9) miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei nach Injektionsgebrauch das Gehäuse (4) über die zerstörte Sollbruchstelle (9) zurückschwenkbar ist.

The invention relates to a protective device (1) for the needle tube (2) of a syringe, comprising a housing (4), which is designed to be pivotable on a carrier element (3) and has an open housing side (5) in the pivot plane, such that the needle tube (2) can be pivoted into the housing (4) after being used for injection, and a holding device (6) for the pivoted-in needle tube (2) being provided on the housing side. According to the invention the carrier element (3) and the pivotable housing (4) are also connected to one another via a predefined breaking point (9) in order to form a pivot axis alongside the connection of a film hinge (8), and after being used for injection the housing (4) being able to be pivoted back via the destroyed predefined breaking point (9).

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de protection (1) pour le tube d'aiguille (2) d'une seringue, comprenant un boîtier (4) qui est formé de manière pivotante sur un élément de support (3) et présente un côté de boîtier ouvert (5) dans le plan de pivotement, de telle sorte que le tube d'aiguille (2) puisse être pivoté dans le boîtier (4) après avoir utilisé l'injection et un dispositif de retenue (6) pour le tube d'aiguille (2) pivoté étant prévu côté boîtier. Selon l'invention, l'élément de support (3) et le boîtier (4) pivotant, en plus de la liaison d'une charnière-film (8) pour former un axe de pivotement, sont également reliés l'un à l'autre par une ligne de faiblesse (9), et après l'utilisation de l'injection, le boîtier (4) peut être pivoté en arrière au-dessus de la ligne de faiblesse (9) détruite.
