Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Antriebseinheit für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem Elektroantrieb (5), einem dem Elektroantrieb (5) in Kraftflussrichtung nachgeschalteten und in einem Getriebegehäuse (4) angeordneten Getriebe (6), Mitteln zum Umwälzen von Kühlflüssigkeit im Innenraum (7) des Getriebegehäuses (4), und einer drehbar angeordneten Eingangs- oder Ausgangswelle (19, 18) des Getriebes (6), wobei sich das Getriebegehäuse (4) aus einem eine zentrale Achse (A) ringförmig umgebenden Gehäusemantel (11) und einer Stirnwand (13) zusammensetzt, und wobei sich die Stirnwand (13) von einer Öffnung (17) für die Eingangs- oder die Ausgangswelle (19, 18) radial nach außen bis zu einem Verbindungsbereich (14) erstreckt, in dem die Stirnwand (13) und der Gehäusemantel (11) miteinander verbunden sind. Um durch konstruktive Maßnahmen die Strömungsverhältnisse insbesondere in solchen Bereichen des Getriebegehäuses zu verbessern, in denen im Rahmen des Umwälzens der Kühlflüssigkeit diese aus dem Getriebegehäuse abgeführt bzw. abgesaugt wird, eine sich in Umfangsrichtung entlang des Verbindungsbereichs (14) erstreckende Ringkammer (33) vorgesehen, die über einzelne Öffnungen (40) mit dem Innenraum (7) verbunden ist.

The invention relates to an electric drive unit for a motor vehicle, said drive unit comprising: an electric drive (5); a gearbox (6) connected downstream of the electric drive (5) in the power flow direction and located in a gearbox housing (4); means for circulating coolant in the interior (7) of the gearbox housing (4); and a rotatably mounted input or output shaft (19, 18) of the gearbox (6); wherein the gearbox housing (4) is composed of a housing shell (11), which annularly surrounds a central axis (A), and an end wall (13), and wherein the end wall (13) extends radially outwards from an opening (17) for the input or the output shaft (19, 18) as far as a connecting region (14) in which the end wall (13) and the housing shell (11) are connected to one another. In order to improve the flow conditions using design measures, in particular in those areas of the gearbox housing in which the coolant is discharged or suctioned out of the gearbox housing during circulation of same, an annular chamber (33) is provided which extends in the circumferential direction along the connecting region (14) and which is connected to the interior (7) via individual openings (40).

L’invention concerne une unité d’entraînement électrique conçue pour un véhicule automobile, comprenant un entraînement électrique (5), une boîte de vitesses (6) montée en aval de l’entraînement électrique (5) dans la direction du flux de forces et agencée dans un carter de boîte de vitesses (4), des moyens pour faire circuler un liquide de refroidissement dans l’espace interne (7) du carter de la boîte de vitesses (4), ainsi qu’un arbre d’entrée ou de sortie (18, 19) de la boîte de vitesses (6), qui est monté rotatif. Le carter de boîte de vitesses (4) est constitué d’une paroi latérale de carter (11) qui entoure annulairement un axe central (A) et d’une paroi frontale (13), cette paroi frontale (13) s’étendant radialement vers l’extérieur à partir d’une ouverture (17) pour l’arbre d’entrée ou de sortie (19, 18) jusqu’à une zone de liaison (14) dans laquelle la paroi frontale (13) et la paroi latérale de carter (11) sont reliées. L’objectif de cette invention est d’améliorer, au moyen de mesures structurales, les rapports d’écoulement, en particulier dans des zones du carter de boîte de vitesses dans lesquelles le liquide de refroidissement est guidé ou aspiré hors du carter de boîte de vitesses lors de sa circulation. À cet effet, une chambre annulaire (33) s’étendant dans la direction périphérique le long de la zone de liaison (14) est prévue et reliée à l’espace interne (7) par l’intermédiaire d’ouvertures (40) individuelles.
