Disclosed are a branch-point-breaking-type hyperbranched resin, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof. The branch-point-breaking-type hyperbranched resin is prepared mainly from the following components in parts by weight: 0-70 parts of an anti-fouling vinyl functional monomer, 1-60 parts of a difunctional monomer, 0-90 parts of a vinyl monomer, 1-20 parts of an initiator, 0.5-10 parts of a chain transfer agent, and 50-150 parts of an organic solvent. Branch points of the resin can be broken under the attack of seawater, and after breakage, small molecular fragments that are easily absorbed by the environment are formed, so that marine microplastic pollution can be effectively avoided. Moreover, pendant silane ester bonds/zinc ester bonds/copper ester bonds/betaine-type zwitterionic precursors can also be hydrolyzed in seawater, which, in cooperation with the breakage of the branch points, can further increase the hydrolysis rate of a material, achieving rapid polishing, thereby solving the problem of traditional self-polishing materials being dependent on ship speed. Same satisfies static anti-fouling requirements in sea areas where fouling pressure is high.

La présente invention concerne une résine hyper-ramifiée de type à rupture de point de ramification, un procédé de préparation associé et son utilisation. La résine hyper-ramifiée de type à rupture de point de ramification est préparée principalement à partir des composants suivants en parties en poids : 0 à 70 parties d'un monomère à fonction vinyle anti-salissure, 1 à 60 parties d'un monomère bifonctionnel, 0 à 90 parties d'un monomère de vinyle, 1 à 20 parties d'un initiateur, 0,5 à 10 parties d'un agent de transfert de chaîne, et 50 à 150 parties d'un solvant organique. Les points de ramification de la résine peuvent être brisés sous l'effet de l'attaque de l'eau de mer, et après rupture, de petits fragments moléculaires qui sont facilement absorbés par l'environnement sont formés, de telle sorte que la pollution microplastique marine peut être efficacement évitée. De plus, des liaisons ester de silane pendantes/des liaisons ester de zinc/des liaisons ester de cuivre/des précurseurs zwittérioniques de type bétaïne peuvent également être hydrolysés dans l'eau de mer, et, en coopération avec la rupture des points de ramification, peuvent en outre augmenter le taux d'hydrolyse d'un matériau, ce qui permet d'obtenir un polissage rapide et permet de résoudre le problème des matériaux auto-polissants classiques qui dépendent de la vitesse du navire. 一种支化点断裂型超支化树脂及其方法与应用。所述支化点断裂型超支化树脂主要由以下按重量份数计的组分制备而成:乙烯基防污功能单体0~70份、双官能度单体1~60份、乙烯基单体0~90份、引发剂1~20份、链转移剂0.5~10份、有机溶剂50~150份。该树脂的支化点能在海水的进攻下断裂,断裂后形成容易被环境吸收的小分子碎片,可有效避免造成海洋微塑料污染。同时,侧链硅烷酯键/锌酯键/铜酯键/甜菜碱型两性离子前体也能在海水中发生水解,与支化点断裂二者的协同可进一步加快材料的水解速率,实现快速抛光,从而解决传统自抛光材料对航速的依赖性问题,满足于污损压力大海域的静态防污需求。
