A lighting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a plurality of light emitting diodes arranged on the substrate; a resin layer covering the plurality of light emitting diodes on the substrate; and a first reflective member disposed on the resin layer, wherein the resin layer comprises a first surface facing the plurality of light emitting diodes and holes disposed between the first surface and the plurality of light emitting diodes, the holes extend through the resin layer in the direction going from the lower surface of the first reflective member to the substrate, and the holes and the light emitting diodes may overlap each other in the light emitting direction of the light emitting diodes.

Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un dispositif d'éclairage comporte : un substrat ; une pluralité de diodes électroluminescentes disposées sur le substrat ; une couche de résine recouvrant la pluralité de diodes électroluminescentes sur le substrat ; un premier élément réfléchissant disposé sur la couche de résine, la couche de résine comportant une première surface faisant face à la pluralité de diodes électroluminescentes et des trous situés entre la première surface et la pluralité de diodes électroluminescentes, les trous s'étendant à travers la couche de résine dans la direction allant de la surface inférieure du premier élément réfléchissant au substrat, les trous et les diodes électroluminescentes pouvant se chevaucher dans la direction d'émission de lumière des diodes électroluminescentes.

발명의 실시 예에 개시된 조명 장치는 기판; 상기 기판 상에 배치되는 복수의 발광 소자; 상기 기판 상에서 상기 복수의 발광소자를 덮는 레진층; 및 상기 레진층 상에 배치된 제1반사부재를 포함하며, 상기 레진층은 상기 복수의 발광소자와 대면하는 제1면, 및 상기 제1면과 상기 복수의 발광소자 사이에 배치된 홀을 포함하며, 상기 홀은 상기 제1반사부재의 하면에서 상기 기판 방향으로 관통되며, 상기 홀과 상기 발광소자는 상기 발광소자의 광 출사 방향으로 중첩될 수 있다.
