Abstract
(EN)
[Problem] An object is to provide a vehicular airbag device which enables a gas discharge amount to be adjusted efficiently in accordance with the progress of expansion and deployment of an airbag cushion. [Solution] An airbag device 100 comprises: a cushion 104 that expands and deploys; a vent hole 122 that vents gas from the cushion 104; and a patch 120 attached to an outer part of the cushion 104 and spanning across the vent hole 122. The cushion 104 includes, at a location where one end 120a of the patch 120 is attached, a small-sized expanding part 124 that protrudes and expands upon being supplied with gas. The airbag device 100 further comprises an inner tether 132 which is provided on an inner part of the cushion 104 and is connected in a tensioned state to the small-sized expanding part 124 and a predetermined location of the cushion 104. The inner tether 132 is capable of disconnecting from the cushion 104.

[Problème] La présente invention a pour objet de fournir un dispositif de coussin de sécurité gonflable de véhicule qui permet à une quantité de décharge de gaz d'être ajustée de manière efficace en fonction de la progression de l'expansion et du déploiement d'un coussin constituant le coussin de sécurité gonflable. [Solution] L'invention concerne un dispositif de coussin de sécurité gonflable 100 qui comprend : un coussin 104 qui s'étend et se déploie ; un trou d'évent 122 qui évacue le gaz en provenance du coussin 104 ; et un patch 120 fixé sur une partie extérieure du coussin 104 et s'étendant en travers du trou d'évent 122. Le coussin 104 comprend, au niveau d'un emplacement où une extrémité 120a du patch 120 est fixée, une partie d'expansion de petite taille 124 qui fait saillie et s'étend quand elle est alimentée en gaz. Le dispositif de coussin de sécurité gonflable 100 comprend en outre une attache interne 132 qui est mise en œuvre sur une partie intérieure du coussin 104 et qui est reliée dans un état tendu à la partie d'expansion de petite taille 124 et au niveau d'un emplacement prédéterminé du coussin 104. L'attache intérieure 132 est capable de se déconnecter du coussin 104.

【課題】エアバッグクッションの膨張展開の進行に応じてガス排出量を効率よく調節可能な車両用エアバッグ装置を提供することを目的とする。 【解決手段】エアバッグ装置100は、膨張展開するクッション104と、クッション104からガスを排出するベントホール122と、クッション104の外部にベントホール122をまたいで取り付けられているパッチ120を備える。クッション104は、パッチ120の一端120aが取り付けられた箇所に、ガスを受給すると突出して膨張する小型膨張部124を有する。エアバッグ装置100はさらに、クッション104の内部に設けられていて小型膨張部124とクッション104の所定箇所とに緊張した状態で接続されている内部テザー132を備える。内部テザー132は、クッション104との接続が解除可能になっている。
