(EN)
A centrally crowded state (83) of a cell population is formed by subjecting a culture container to a shaking motion prior to removing the culture medium by suction. In the centrally crowded state (83), cell clusters (84) are separated from a discharge port (58a). After removal of the culture medium by suction, a new culture medium is introduced into the culture container. After introduction of the new culture medium, a generally dispersed state of the cell population is formed.

Un état d'encombrement central (83) d'une population cellulaire est formé en soumettant un récipient de culture à un mouvement d'agitation avant l'élimination du milieu de culture par aspiration. Dans l'état d'encombrement central (83), des groupes de cellules (84) sont séparés à travers un orifice de décharge (58a). Après retrait du milieu de culture par aspiration, un nouveau milieu de culture est introduit dans le récipient de culture. Après l'introduction du nouveau milieu de culture, un état globalement dispersé de la population cellulaire est formé.

培地の吸引除去に先立って、培養容器を揺動運動させることにより、細胞集団の中央密集状態(83)が形成される。中央密集状態(83)では、細胞密集体(84)は、排出口(58a)から隔てられている。培地の吸引除去の後、培養容器内に新しい培地が導入される。新しい培地の導入後、細胞集団の全体分散状態が形成される。
