Abstract
(EN) A method of identifying latent network-wide effects of a given molecule is disclosed. The method comprises receiving interaction data relating to interactions between a molecule(s)and/ or a biomolecule(s) and/or a biological cell(s) and/or a biological process(es). The method further comprises generating an interactome network by mapping the molecule(s) and/or biomolecule(s) and/or biological cell(s) and/or biological process(es) interacting with input molecules onto a graph comprising node(s) and node link(s), wherein each node is a molecule(s) and/or a biomolecule(s) and/or a biological cell(s) and/or a biological process(es) and each node link corresponds to interactivity. The method further comprises generating a list of a molecule(s) and/ or a biomolecule(s) and/or a biological cell(s) and/or a biological process(es) found in the interactome network that are affected by a given input molecule by using unsupervised learning on graphs to identify latent network-wide effects of the given input molecule.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'identification d'effets latents à l'échelle d'un réseau d'une molécule donnée. Le procédé comprend la réception de données d'interaction relatives à des interactions entre une ou plusieurs molécules et/ou une ou plusieurs biomolécules et/ou une ou plusieurs cellules biologiques et/ou un ou plusieurs processus biologiques. Le procédé comprend en outre la génération d'un réseau interactome par cartographie de la ou des molécules et/ou de la ou des biomolécules et/ou de la ou des cellules biologiques et/ou du ou des processus biologiques interagissant avec des molécules d'entrée sur un graphe comprenant un ou plusieurs nœuds et une ou plusieurs liaisons de nœud, chaque nœud étant une ou plusieurs molécules et/ou une ou plusieurs biomolécules et/ou une ou plusieurs cellules biologiques et/ou un ou plusieurs processus biologiques et chaque liaison de nœud correspondant à une interactivité. Le procédé comprend en outre la génération d'une liste d'une ou de plusieurs molécules et/ou d'une ou de plusieurs biomolécules et/ou d'une ou de plusieurs cellules biologiques et/ou d'un ou de plusieurs processus biologiques détectés dans le réseau interactome qui sont affectés par une molécule d'entrée donnée à l'aide d'un apprentissage non supervisé sur des graphes pour identifier des effets latents à l'échelle du réseau de la molécule d'entrée donnée.
