A method for manufacturing an oriented electrical steel sheet, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: manufacturing a hot rolled sheet by hot rolling a slab; removing some scales formed on the hot rolled sheet, and allowing a scale layer having a thickness of 10 nm or more to remain thereon so as to manufacture a hot rolled sheet on which a scale layer remains; manufacturing a cold rolled sheet by cold rolling the hot rolled sheet in which a scale layer remains; manufacturing a decarburization-annealed cold rolled sheet by decarburization-annealing the cold rolled sheet; forming a metal oxide layer by coating an annealing separator on the surface of the decarburization-annealed cold rolled sheet; and performing final annealing on a steel sheet on which the metal oxide layer is formed, wherein the annealing separator comprises magnesium oxide (MgO) or magnesium hydroxide (MgOH) and a fluoride.

Un procédé de fabrication d'une tôle d'acier électrique à grains orientés, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, comprend les étapes consistant à: fabriquer une tôle laminée à chaud par laminage à chaud d'une brame; retirer certaines écailles formées sur la feuille laminée à chaud, et permettre à une couche de calamine ayant une épaisseur de 10 nm ou plus de rester sur celle-ci de façon à fabriquer une feuille laminée à chaud sur laquelle une couche de calamine reste; fabriquer une feuille laminée à froid par laminage à froid de la feuille laminée à chaud dans laquelle une couche de calamine reste; fabriquer une tôle laminée à froid recuite par décarburation par recuit de décarburation de la tôle laminée à froid; former une couche d'oxyde métallique par revêtement d'un séparateur de recuit sur la surface de la feuille laminée à froid recuite par décarburation; et réaliser un recuit final sur une feuille d'acier sur laquelle la couche d'oxyde métallique est formée, le séparateur de recuit comprenant de l'oxyde de magnésium (MgO) ou de l'hydroxyde de magnésium (MgOH) et un fluorure.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 방향성 전기강판 제조 방법은 슬라브를 열간 압연하여 열연판을 제조하는 단계; 상기 열연판에 형성된 스케일 중 일부를 제거하고, 10 nm 두께 이상의 스케일층을 잔류시켜 스케일층이 잔류하는 열연판을 제조하는 단계; 상기 스케일층이 잔류하는 열연판을 냉간 압연하여 냉연판을 제조하는 단계; 상기 냉연판을 탈탄 소둔하여 탈탄 소둔된 냉연판을 제조하는 단계; 상기 탈탄 소둔된 냉연판 표면에 소둔 분리제를 도포하여 금속 산화물층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 금속 산화물 층이 형성된 강판을 최종 소둔하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 소둔 분리제는 산화마그네슘 (MgO) 또는 수산화마그네슘(MgOH)과 불화물을 포함한다.
