Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides to a method for the introducing polynucleotide molecules into fungal spores comprising exposing a mixture of fungal spores and magnetic nanoparticles carrying the polynucleotide to a magnet and/or a magnetic field. The present invention also provides a method for transformation a fungus comprising the steps of the method steps disclosed herein and allowing the integration of said polynucleotide molecules into the genome of said spores, thereby transforming the spore. The present invention also provides a system for delivery of nucleic acids to fungal spores comprising magnetic nanoparticles loaded with nucleic acids, a kit for transformation of fungal spores with a polynucleotide comprising MNPs loaded with the polynucleotide and fungal spores as well as a composition comprising MNPs loaded with nucleic acid molecules and fungal spores.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'introduction de molécules polynucléotidiques dans des spores fongiques comprenant l'exposition d'un mélange de spores fongiques et de nanoparticules magnétiques portant le polynucléotide à un aimant et/ou un champ magnétique. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de transformation d'un champignon comprenant les étapes du procédé ici décrites et permettant l'intégration desdites molécules polynucléotidiques dans le génome desdits spores, transformant ainsi la spore. La présente invention concerne par ailleurs un système d'administration d'acides nucléiques à des spores fongiques comprenant des nanoparticules magnétiques chargées d'acides nucléiques, un kit pour la transformation de spores fongiques avec un polynucléotide comprenant des MNP chargés avec le polynucléotide et des spores fongiques ainsi qu'une composition comprenant des MNP chargées avec des molécules d'acide nucléique et des spores fongiques.
