Abstract
(EN) A hollow shaft manufacturing method, comprising steps of hollow cold rolling of a seamless steel pipe, cutting, annealing and surface treatment, forging molding, precision machining, and heat treatment. In the forging process in high-strength cold rolling of a seamless steel pipe, three times of forging, one time of annealing and one time of surface treatment are omitted compared with forging processes adopting rods; about 1/2 of time and costs are saved, the cycle is shortened, the costs are reduced, the energy consumption and the three wastes are reduced, the material utilization rate is increased to about 68%, and the expense costs calculated by weight between the processes are reduced, and the production cycle of same products is shortened by means of the process.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'arbre creux, comprenant des étapes de laminage à froid de creux d'un tuyau en acier sans soudure, de coupe, de recuit et de traitement de surface, de moulage par forgeage, d'usinage de précision et de traitement thermique. Dans le processus de forgeage, lors du laminage à froid à haute résistance d'un tuyau en acier sans soudure, trois étapes de forgeage, une étape de recuit et une étape de traitement de surface sont omises par rapport à des processus de forgeage adoptant des tiges ; environ la moitié du temps et des coûts sont économisés, le cycle est raccourci, les coûts sont réduits, la consommation d'énergie et les déchets sont réduits par trois, le taux d'utilisation du matériau est augmenté à environ 68 %, et les coûts de dépense calculés par poids entre les processus sont réduits, et le cycle de production de mêmes produits est raccourci au moyen du processus.
(ZH) 一种空心轴制造方法,包括空心冷轧无缝钢管、切断、退火和表面处理、锻造成型、精密机加工、热处理几个步骤。高强度冷轧无缝钢管进行的锻造工艺比用棒材少3次锻造和一次退火和一次表面处理,在时间,成本上都节省了大约1/2,缩短周期,降低成本,减少能耗减少三废,材料利用率提高到68%左右,工序间按重量计算费用的成本降低,同样产品利用本工艺,制作周期缩短。
