Abstract
(EN)
An absorbent article (1) has a top sheet (2), a back sheet (3), and an absorbent body (11) disposed therebetween. The absorbent body (11) has a plurality of layers of sheet members and has a sealed section (14) in which the sheet members are bonded together and a non-sealed section (15) in which the sheet members are not bonded, and an absorbent region (16) is formed by disposing an absorbent material in the non-sealed section (15). The absorbent material disposed in the absorbent region (16) contains a water-absorbing resin at a proportion of 50% by mass or more. The absorbent region (16) is formed in a stripe shape extending in the front-back direction. On the skin-facing side of the absorbent article (1), recessed grooves (17) extending from the top sheet (2) to the absorbent body (11) are formed on one side and the other side in the width direction. The entirety of the recessed grooves (17) is formed to overlap the absorbent region (16), and end portions in the front-back direction thereof are bent inwardly in the width direction.
(FR)
