A method for rapid extraction and analysis of 10 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water. A parallel solid-phase membrane sample pretreatment microplate system device involved in the present method is composed of an oscillator (3), a sample container (2), and a membrane system (1). An ultra-high-efficiency liquid-phase chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry technology is used to quantitatively measure the content of environmental pollutant, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons; the measurement is completed within 10 minutes; and the average pretreatment duration for each sample is about 1 minute. The present method has good reproducibility and good stability, and is a rapid and effective method for extracting and measuring the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction et d'analyse rapides de 10 hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques dans de l'eau. Un dispositif de système de microplaque de prétraitement d'échantillon à membrane en phase solide parallèle mis en jeu dans le présent procédé est composé d'un oscillateur (3), d'un récipient d'échantillon (2), et d'un système à membrane (1). Une technologie à ultra-haute efficacité de spectrométrie de masse à triple quadrupole - chromatographie en phase liquide est utilisée pour mesurer quantitativement la teneur en hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques polluants environnementaux ; la mesure est achevée en 10 minutes ; et la durée de prétraitement moyenne pour chaque échantillon est d'environ 1 minute. Le présent procédé possède une bonne reproductibilité et une bonne stabilité, et est un procédé rapide et efficace d'extraction et de mesure de la teneur en hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques dans l'eau.

一种快速提取分析水中10种多环芳烃的方法,该方法中涉及的平行固相膜薄片样品前处理微孔板系统装置是由震荡装置(3)、样品容器(2)和膜薄片系统(1)组成,采用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用技术对环境污染物多环芳烃含量进行定量测定,10分钟内完成检测,平均每个样品前处理时间1分钟左右;该方法重现性好,稳定性好,是提取测定水中多环芳烃含量的快速有效手段。
