Abstract
(EN) The disclosure relates to a system and method for the automated determination of the characteristics of an electrocardiographic (ECG) in conditions of a high noise signal. The disclosure comprises the steps of receiving an ECG signal using an electrocardiogram recording device and providing a smoothed ECG signal by filtering the noise of the received ECG signal, so that the smoothed ECG signal is as close as possible to the received ECG signal without distorting the experimental patterns of the ECG curve, and further comprises the steps of calculating the first derivatives of the smoothed ECG signal and determining the characteristics of the ECG based on the first derivatives of the smoothed ECG signal. In addition, the R wave is automatically separated from V pathology based on changes in the relative position of the local maxima and minima of the first and second derivatives.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et une méthode de détermination automatisée des caractéristiques d'une électrocardiographie (ECG) dans des conditions de signal à bruit élevé. L'invention comprend les étapes consistant : à recevoir un signal ECG au moyen d'un dispositif d'enregistrement d'électrocardiogramme et à fournir un signal ECG lissé, par filtrage du bruit du signal ECG reçu, de sorte que le signal ECG lissé soit le plus proche possible du signal ECG reçu, sans distorsion des motifs expérimentaux de la courbe ECG; à calculer les premières dérivées du signal ECG lissé; et à déterminer les caractéristiques de l'ECG en fonction des premières dérivées du signal ECG lissé. En outre, l'onde R est séparée automatiquement de la pathologie V en fonction de changements de la position relative des maxima et minima locaux des première et deuxième dérivées.
