Provided is an electromagnetic vibration stirring device of a semi-solid high pressure casting equipment, comprising: a ring-shaped case including an inner wall into which a sleeve is inserted and an outer wall spaced from the inner wall; and a magnetic field generating unit which is located between the inner wall and the outer wall of the case, and in which a plurality of electromagnets, consisting of a core and a coil surrounding the core, are arranged at equal intervals in the circumference around the sleeve, wherein the magnetic field generating unit generates a magnetic field by applying a current to the electromagnets in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, and a portion of a semi-solid molten metal is sequentially vibrated along the circumferential direction of the sleeve by means of the magnetic field, thereby controlling a microstructure.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'agitation par vibration électromagnétique pour un équipement de moulage semi-solide à haute pression, comprenant : un boîtier en forme d'anneau comprenant une paroi interne dans laquelle est inséré un manchon et une paroi externe espacée de la paroi interne ; et une unité de génération de champ magnétique qui est située entre la paroi interne et la paroi externe du boîtier, et dans laquelle une pluralité d'électroaimants, constitués d'un noyau et d'une bobine entourant le noyau, sont disposés à intervalles égaux dans la circonférence autour du manchon, l'unité de génération de champ magnétique générant un champ magnétique par application d'un courant aux électroaimants dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, et une partie d'un métal fondu semi-solide étant amenée à vibrer de manière séquentielle le long de la direction circonférentielle du manchon sous l'effet du champ magnétique, ce qui permet d'obtenir une microstructure souhaitée.

슬리브가 삽입되는 내벽과 그와 이격된 외벽을 포함하는 링 형태의 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 내벽과 외벽 사이에 위치하되, 코어와 그를 감싸는 코일로 이루어진 복수 개의 전자석이 상기 슬리브를 중심으로 원주 상 등간격으로 배치되는 자기장 생성부를 포함하며, 상기 자기장 생성부는, 상기 전자석에 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 전류를 인가하여 자기장을 생성하되, 상기 자기장에 의해 상기 반응고 용탕의 일부가 상기 슬리브 원주 방향을 따라 순차적으로 진동하여 미세 조직이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응고 고압 주조설비의 전자기 진동 교반장치를 제공한다.
